I'm happy to announce that VWWE will have a special Pre-WrestleMania Slammy Awards Show at the end of November.

These awards will be awarded for the ENTIRE decade of VWWE as nothing much happened this year, we'll announce best superstars, tag team , moment etc etc

The show will be like the 2003 real lie Raw 10th anniversary show as there will probably be no new matche son it, if there is it'll be a 5 on 5 elimination match

The show will probably be broadcast live on November 26th, no promises

As its the last show of this current VWWE product as well, maybe we'll play around a bit and have celebrity hosts for fun, Mr T presenting an award would be epic lol

Expect some shocks and a few old faces of course but it'll be a great show i hope.

Decent Proposal
November  3, 2009

By now you should all have mail concerning the proposal for the relaunch of VWWE in 2010, for those wondering you need Microsoft World 2007 to open it, anybody having any difficulty should hit me back and i'll send in another format.

PLEASE discuss this proposal via the suggested mass mailing and in the chat, it's the most important thing VWWE has done in a long time and your input is key. Anything you have to say will be taken on board, this new VWWE is still being molded and shaped.

You'll find the first of the new WrestleMania extras has been added to the WrestleMania page.

I'm expecting WM to be up next sunday... however, there is still a LOT to do. There's only a small amount of segments but all of them are key matches that need to be perfect and long.

To this end, you can expect WM to be the only thing im working on for VWWE so dont expect any bios to be added or anything like that, they can come afterward. Equally, i do have a number of college things to be working on as well and they'll come first as i'm sure you understand.

But rejoice... WM is finally on its way :D

K, first off most of you will be aware that we will be running things alittle differently after WM25.

Raw and SD will again be split, you'll get one character on each and i urge everybody to see the chatv for full details on this.

Raw will be cut down vastly in length to around 5,000 words.

Some decisions have been made already as to who's going where but nothing concrete.

On WrestleMania - i have a full 9 days off at the end of this week for half term "reading week2 so expect WrestleMania 25 to be broadcast LIVE in the chat next sunday

BUT, BUT, BUT..... no definate promises, i still have work to do besides

Lastly, i don't have tim eto update the frontpage continually, its a LOT more complex than it looks with the flash there so that will go as will the list of what i've updated underneath it. You'll all have to check the chat to see whats been updated in future. Sorrrrrree.

It's taken me all of 10 days... but i've finally got (almost) a handle on the new routine and timetable of my life. Adjusting to actually getting up at a normal time and slwwping at a normal time hasnt been as easy as i thought and i apologize for this.. but i think i'm used to it now and yesterday was a productive one.

 Big thanks to Stu and all those involved in the Superstars show you'll see on the sidebar, this i will read with everybody else tomorrow and from what i can see is a brilliant piece of work.

Thanks to Shelly for his Power 25. As there has been no shows, all; are equally placed on his first one.. this will i'm sure be changed next week following Superstars and as people make impressions in the run up to WrestleMania.

Well... as you can see, i.. and we.. are back.

Sorry about that, i was totally burnt out and depressed and i KNOW i may have returned far too soon but i guess i found that smile a lot easier than i thought i would.

It's only been about 10 days but i feel totally refreshed in my online and offline roles and i hope this will be reflected.

But enough of that... you wanna hear about WrestleMania, right? 

As most will know, i'm at Uni now, not where i planned, i'm at a local institution so that brings benifits etc, we got timetables last week and i have a lit of free time BUT no matter what my study has to come first. Some people may not be happy that VWWE isn't that priority, but this is more essential and if there's ever a situation where its study or VWWE... its always gunna be study. VWWE will still be produced to the BEST of my ability and i envision it will actually be a LOT better than before, we will still be awesome.

As next week is the first week of lectures and seminars, i'll still be adjusting and seeing where i can fit in VWWE and writing so i'm not making a statement on WM till next weekend, i will however be updating the site regularly (in the morning) and will be in chat etc.

There will be no further updates today as i'm doing a "stock take" of just what needs to be done on the site and for WM and also fixing my phone which i've cocked up lol

The countdown is now underway to WrestleMania 25 which will be broadcast Sunday September  13, 2009

There have been MAJOR updates to the roster and alumni sections with 9 alumni added and 3 bios including the likes of Bret Hart, Chavo Guerrero, Hunter, Jason Cooper, Road Dogg, in Sing, Billy Gunn and more

There will be losts of site updates throughout the next two weeks as the site heads toward being complete and starting NEXT Monday we'll be releasing all the W25 Extras

Over the next week i intend all my VWWE time will go into WrestleMania so don't expect there to be any updates, hopefully i can get a lot of time into the show and have it effectivly finished by weekend and then ready for release the following Sunday

I hope to be able to provide a release date for WrestleMania tomorrow :D work is well along now and it looks good

Just a quick word to say that i'll not be about much over the next few days for offline reasons, i've done extra site work to compensate and WM shouldn't be affected. Apologies for the lack of update sover the past two days but i was roped into helping a friend with his new crib and he's had me doing manual labor. Anybody who knows me... knows my strength is in my awesome personality, intelligence and creative mind... not in acts of muscular fortitude lol, hence the fact i now feel like i've been 12 rounds with Manny Paquiao.

My newly enlisted status as a navvie meant i had no time to update but you'll be pleased to know i've worked overtime and done DOUBLE what i normally do everyday, so there's two bios added to the Alumni section, there will be double the news added to the Observer archive, double VWWEClassics work etc etc

Thanks to all those who have blogged recently, some awesome updates over at the universe. Check out Mickie's new bio also, she wants everybody to rate it :)

Plus, the Observer will also be updated everyday this month as we head to WM25 so keep checking that out as well.

WrestleMania.. it goes well, though i am two days behind now and i dont want to do extra today as i dont want to rush it. But what i have done so far... is brilliant lol

There's been all the usual updates, small updates to the VWWECLASSICS.com and November and August 2005 have been added to the Observer, some bios done

Still needing those WM25 guesses, i k now we have a while till the show but the sooner i have them in, the sooner i can start writing the matches

I'm pleased to announce both Nathan and Shelly are working on new things for the site, Nathan's project will be a surprise for y'all but Shelly will do a Power 25 following WrestleMania :D

On that subject, thanks for all the guesses so far, still need a lot more though, waken up peeps!

You have about three weeks for promos so take your time on those peeps, though if you could get the WrestleMania guesses in ASAP that'd be awesome so we can start working on the matches

SNME was broadcast live last night, all feedback is welcome, thanks for the positive words so far.

The next show is WrestleMania 25, a show i will be aiming to make amongst the greatest in the history of VWWE... simple as that lol, i think you'll agree its certainly a hell of a card... but what else would be expected at a WrestleMania?

To make this show as special as i want, it will take a while to write, so please be patient, but i can promoise it will certainly be worth every moment and be something never forgotten by this community and company.

With all the characters leaving and all the new ones coming in and my own return to college in Septembeer not long after the show, this really feels like the ending of the era that began with the move to the web, in a way comparable to WWE's WrestleMania 17 that always felt like the end of an era in the run-up to the show even before the ending with Austins heel turn.

Some good news on the college front, having received a provisional timetable for the first semster, it appears i'll be there far less than i was back when i went the first time (standards shave slipped since then obviously lol) so i will have plenty of time to carry on at full capacity with VWWE and i doubt you guys will even notice a change :D

So... the WrestleMania card is up, the site is updated.... lets get rolling :D

Apologies for SNME not going up last night as promised, lame excuse but i fell asleep lol. My sleeping patterns have been all kind of fucked up recently, my absurd attempt at staying up 60 hours doing nothing to help. Alas.. this is what comes of having no job of work to do

Jon is now back online and has given me one of his two segments and should have the other to me today. I however still have a match to finish myself, BUT i should get it done for this evening. I will update on the situation during the day in chat.

You'll also be pleased, i hope lol, to hear i've begun work on all the bonus features for WrestleMania 25... and they're gunna be beyond awesome.

Jon has unfortunately not been able to get a vital segment to me for today as he's mislayed his charger for his laptop but it will be all sorted by Sunday. To be sure, i will now release SNME on Monday which gives anybody who still has to get promos etc into me extra time to finish them as this is the go home show for WM25 essentially.

There's been more extensive work on the Alumni section, on a secret project of mine, the VWWEclassics section and the Observer also

You'll see the WWE Vintage Collection has been added to the side bar, unless you're blind or unobservant, in which case, my apologies.

Asuming you HAVE seen it, this show will feature reprints of classic VWWE matches as well as matches from the indies such as WVW or IVW, from or dead opponents such as FWC and on occasion specially written new matches from prior to 2002, for example possibly the Ultimate Warrior vs Nightmare from the 80s when he was a rookie or Jeff Hardy vs Silent Assassin or some other lunacy like that. The first episode, Legends of WrestleMania, will look back at VWWE WrestleMania's 18 to 24.

Expect each episode to be themed, for example - cruiserweight matches, womens matches, tag matches, matches featuring midgets, matches with something suspended on a pole etc

Chat's been dead over the past few days even despite a lot of VWWE updates (which take ages for the record... yes, i'm fishing for "you are great"s here lol)

Lets try and get some chat going today and headed into the important SNME if we can

I'm writing this news yesterday :blink: it's been written way in advance as i won't have much time to update today (or tomorrow, from my perspective. And your if you're reading this today. Or yesterday if you're not)

So, assuming your brain didn't just explode... i updated double, so you'll find two new Alumni, double the old backstage news added to the Obswerver and double the work on the Legacy section.

A new Alumni section has been added to the side menu (which has also been tidied up a little)

This will have bios for many notable former members, the first two being The Sandman and Taiyo, two individuals who featured at VWWF/E's WrestleMania 18 in 2002.

The SNME Card is now up, you'll find it on the frontpage. Some of you have mail regarding promos etc, if a guess if required, you'll have been told.

Expect some small site work later today, i'm also in the procss of moving all the old backstage news onto the Wrestling Observer site.

Lets get some chat going as well peeps, its been understandably quiet recently, lets change that from today :D

I'd like to thank everybody who's stuck with VWWE over the past month.

It's been a rollercoaster of a ride, eentful and also in some respects, uneventful. While there have been arguments and resignations etc, there has been little action in the way of shows and updates. Long time members will remember other periods like this and know that we've always come back and given yet more awesome stuff after the lull.

Unfortunately this online period of inactivity also coincided with a rather chaotic period for myself offline, one of those months where nothing went right essentially. Couple that with a little feeling of being burnt out and a bout of illness from myself, left very little left for VWWE.

I hope following Raws broadcast on Monday that this will be remedied and TNA is also ready to go near enough.

I'll be back for meetings etc on MSN and will be running at 75% capacity.

I am however also preparing for university in September and have a lot else to deal with at the moment so i may not be in the chat really as much as i would like, particularly during the day.

But expect regular updates to begin again from today.

Also, as said, Raw is a mix up really, a compliation of writers and ideas that works for the most part... yet doest in other. Dont be too harsh, SNME i hope will be a true reward for all the f'n about we've been doing this month lol

Happy 4th of July :D

Not sure our British members would agree and some may claim they're better off rid of us lol (they're just kidding themselves)

Plus, w00t, Andy Roddick beat Andy Murrey.... what better way to celebrate lol

I won't be about much today if at all but  Raw will be up Monday live at 8pm, TNA was updated, etc etc

Work is onging on the VWWE Legacy section and the roster will be finished after WrestleMania when we split it with TNA

God it's hot :(

I'm pleased to announce that the VWWE staff line up is Myself, Sam, Jon and Nath as the creative team

That is all lol

I believe by lessening those in the know, surprises will have more impact and we wont have too many cooks spoiling the product as it were.

TNAs roster grows daily, but check out VTNA for all the news from now on

Raw proceeds well but as its being combined with the canceled SD, is maybe a little confused in places. I still think it comes off as a decent show, but we'll soon see on Monday :D

VWWE has made it's official return this morning and we're now open for business.

Anybody who's been in the chat over the past week will know my reasons for the brief closure so i won't so into them again but i will say that this is a new week and start and any beef i had is forgotten, i encourage all members to try and so likewise.

To the set-up

After brief discussions with Sam i believe that VWWE will be best served by lessening those "in the know"

VWWE was served better when things were a shock and a surprise and everybody didnt know what was going on, to this end VWWEs creative team will be lessened from 7 members to 4, myself, Sam and two, as yet undecided, others.

SmackDown has also been canceled and i encourage you all to overthrow me if i suggest bringing it back again.

The scheduled episode will now not take place and the segments already done will be transfered to Raw which will be next Monday.

Following Raw we will have a special Saturday Nights Main Event episode and then the final go home Raw before WrestleMania.

VWWE will continue as it was up will WrestleMania 25, aftrward, there will be sweeping roster changes.

As, again, many will know i intend to produce VTNA again - with major differences.

VTNA will be a retro fed in the sense that it will be as VWWE was prior to the web debut in 2005, it will be on tagtag and accessable with ease from cellphones, it will be very short in terms of shows, no Twitter or Digg or Youtube, just shows, news and what VWWE used to be in the old days. It will be the perfect fed for those members who cannot commit to weekly promos or input, perfect for rookies and "tired" characters in VWWE.

VWWE will be for those who want a big fed with lots to do, with Youtube and Twitter, with videos and blogs, the home to the new 2005 onward generation such as John Cena, Randy Orton, Michael Shane, Jeff Hardy, Ryan Simmons, select rookies such as the Hart Dynasty, select veterans such as the Undertaker.

I hope VTNA will see characters such as Shawn Michaels, Sphere, Hulk Hogan, Nightmare and Tommy Dreamer etc mixing it up with returning old timers such as Scorpio and new rookies learning the game such as Jay Lethal.

VTNA and VWWE will both no longer follow WWE and TNA, i find both products to be abysmal, there will be no Aniliation, Breaking Point or Hell in a Cell pay-per-views for instance, certainly none of the crap Russo comes up with. So join TNA even if you're not a fan and esspecially if you are.

I will allow one character or tag team in each Fed, but some people i STRONGLY suggest make themselves exclusive to one or the other, rookies in particular id suggest dedicate themselves to VTNA where they can learn the game and id suggest veterans who cant offer much time to VWWE also make themselves exclusive. People who strongly hate TNA may want to be exclusive to VWWE also lol.

The two feds will interact, i hope to move iMpact to Monday and broadcast it directly opposie Raw, both fifteen minute sigments going up at the same time live in the chat meaning one show can look to promote itself against the other, the members can react live etc etc

I am taking characters and applications from today,  but what i'm not really looking for is old members bringing in new characters, for example if Sam wanted to be AJ Styles (unlikely i know lol), id prefer the old characters to be in TNA.

PS, this maybe controversial also, but im considering TNA using VWWE's World, US and tag titles from SD to add instant credabliity, so what you'll be fighting for will certainly be worthwhile.

The TNA site will be released in the chat soon, for the newbies dont expect anything like VWWE, it'll be like that old ECW site. The old timers? you know what to expect.

 I have some rather big news concerning the future of VWWE

I have decided that the time is right for me to relinquish some of my power and appoint a joint owner to the company.

As some of you will have already noticed, this has been built into a storyline but this is NOT an angle or story, VWWE has appointed somebody as the new half owner.

Now, i know many of you will immediately be thinking within the box, thinking Sam or Jon or Nath, that is not the case.

As you will remember, some weeks ago i was talking in the chat about finding a rival E-Fed to have a rivalry or Monday War with, i managed to find such an E-Fed and have for some weeks been in a discussion with the owner alongside Sam and Jon. However, he was in the process of closing down his Fed and instead offered to come aboard VWWE.

This wasn't what i wanted as i was after a rivalry.

So we talked and last night we came to an agreement

He would become half owner of VWWE, taking control of the SmackDown brand which would become "independent" of VWWE and become the rival of Raw, he would have all the power i have while lending his considerable talent to our product.

I believe this is the right way forward.

VWWE will have competition within itself and an incredibly talented individual bringing new ideas and new enthusiasm that we are crying out for.

I will refrain from introducing you to our new member for the time being as he has agreed to show up in the chat at 2pm UK/9am East Coast time and will introduce himself then. Although we haven't known each other long, i have seen an immense talent at work and very much a man in my own image.

I have selected an outsider for this role simply because i do not believe a VWWE member or insider has the cajones to wage a war on us, to be the competition we want to create. An outsider has nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Many of you maybe disappointed you have been looked over, Sam in particular but i will speak with you all privately on the matter.

Some of you who have not found favor as a character on Raw may now find it on SmackDown, the roster there is out of my hands.

This is the decision of VWWE and no matter what, we are about to enter interesting times, i'm sure i have your support in this new venture and era and i ask you to lend that same support to your new half owner.

Raw Results are now up, by the time you read the Raw card should be up also, that show follows SmackDown on Friday, work on both shows will begin immediately. Raw probably wont be up on onday, but this one will be broadcast live.

Only thing i didn't have time for yesterday was the chat badges, i should have time for those during the day today.

FCW btw has not been forgotten but with the Jon chaos and me doing bits for SmackDown it's slid down my list of priorities

First off, for those who do not know, Jon who is COO and head writer of SmackDown has been suspended for 14 days, officially for prolonged abuse under the Wellness Policy, however i'm sure those who have witnessed Jons actions recently will understand that this action is for his own sake and good rather than anything else.

Jon has been a loyal and talented member for VWWE for 18 months now but over the past four days has become a combustable element and caused widespread offense to members of VWWE, namely: Myself, Joe, Steve, Mickie, Sam and Graeme. 

While some of you may feel the suspension is too much, i would point out that the offense caused was not a single incident but several over a prolongued period, it could not continue and Jon himself recognized he needed time away from VWWE to rejuvinate himself and rest. We all need that and Jon has been working nonstop on the Fed for a long time now.

We wish him well over these 14 days and i'm sure he'll be back better than ever.

As we enter our first joint Raw/SmackDown week, both shows look to be on course to be up. Raw should be up at 8pm UK on Monday and the SmackDown card is up.

Get those guesses and promos to Jon ASAP

This episode of Raw is super-long. Norrmal 3.0 episodes will not be this long, this was really to make up for there being no proper NWO and to act as a final "season finale" style episode to VWWE 2.0 while also serving as the opening episode of the new VWWE. Lemme know your thoughts.

The cards for BOTH Raw and SmackDown will be up later today.

VWWE 3.0 begins not so much with a bang but with an explosion, convroversy, tears, laughter, emotion. If 2.0 ended with a whimper... well 3.0 came kicking and screaming into the World. 

With the broadcast of the abbriviated No Way Out results, VWWE 2.0 officially ended and the new era dawned.
