The Chairman is in overall control of the company. He will preside over all meetings, making the final decisions in company direction and policy, control the hiring and firing of employee. He is the public corporate face of the company and assumes ultimate responsibility for all that happens underneath him.

The CEO is the highest ranking corporate officer within VWWE and is second only to the Chairman in the management structure. His duties include filling the Chairman's shoes when absent and advising the Chairman on matters of policy and direction. The CEO has fingers in many pies including talent relations and discipline.

The COO is third in command of the entire company and his duties are more hands on than those of the CEO. He will maintain the daily running of VWWE and oversee all aspects of the company that the Chairman does not concern himself with. His duties include development, improvement and discipline amongst staff.

Experience:

Forming VWWE in 2002, Mick successfully led the upstart promotion from humble beginnings to being the World leader in it's field. Winning the Monday Night wars and successfully transitioning the company onto the web in 2005, Mick has show himself to be amongst the greatest  E-Fed owners in the history of the genre, if not THEE greatest.

Experience:

Standing loyally at Mick's side since day one, Sam rose to his trusted position during the Monday Night Wars and the Chairman has publicly gone on record to state his value to VWWE. Noted as the backbone of VWWE, Sam has advised, acted within and held his office with a talent that has won him respect in every quarter. Sam is the most respected individual in VWWE today.

Experience:

Although new to management at the highest level, Jon has previously held a management role with VTNA, one of VWWE's offshoots. He has swiftly shown himself to be the fastest rising star in the company and the most talented new member of the backstage staff since the rise of Nath in 2007/2008. He is generally considered a protege of the VWWE Chairman Mick. 

Duties:

As the most senior senior management figure after the Chairman/CEO/COO , the general counsel will offer advice and experience to the management team. Usually a senior, respected and trusted figure, the general counsel's advice is of vital importance to decision making.

The head of talent relations duties range from listening to the talents complaint to vetting potential new stars. He will enforce the VWWE Wellness Policy and ensure that all staff behave in a manner befitting this elite company backstage.

Experience:

Nath has risen quickly in the VWWE world, from a near unknown two years ago to being a protege of the VWWE Chairman Mick. His advice is sought after, his experience amingst the best within the company. A wrestling mind, he is well positioned to assume any role within the management team.

Gary has shown himself to be a loyal and popular member of the VWWE staff. A man unafraid to get his hands dirty and offend, he will enter this role with passion and a the tough mental attitude it requires. Gary will excel in such a position within VWWE.

The duties of the Raw head writer include planning an over all strategy of angles, getting talent over, constructing the run order, writing promos and matches and well as the broadcast of the show live every Monday.

The duties of the writing team of any show is to provide ideas for angles and events as well as pitching in with writing promos, segments and events for each edition of their respective shows. They are not expected to help with their rival show.

Mick has wrote Monday Night Raw since March 2002 along with, at time of writing 50 PPVs including every WrestleMania since, and including, WrestleMania 18.

Steve is the former Head Writer of SmackDown during the big boom period of 2002/2003, he was also a staff writer with the original Fantasy Wrestling Championship (FWC) in 2002.

Nathan is the least experienced of the VWWE writing team but has already show major potential. In working alongside Mick and Steve, he can surely fufill all of that.

Much the same as that of the Raw head writer, however the SmackDown head writer is not expected to broadcast the show live, the blue brand operating on a "taped" basis whereby the entire show is released all at once, otherwise, the role is effectively exactly the same.

Jon is the former head writer of TNA iMPACT! where he excelled himself. He has since show himself to be the fastest rising creative talent in VWWE.

Nath is a former head writer with SmackDown during the last boom period, considered one of VWWE's finest writing periods. He is also a former writer with WCW Thunder.

Joe is a vastly experienced writer in the indies but his most notable run was as another head writer with SmackDown in 2004, completing an assemble team.

The creation and upkeep of VWWE.com. The creation of original content and regular updating of the site. Promotion of VWWE.com and implementation of new technology.

Duties: 

Duties include the upkeep of Waptopia.net, adminning and improving the overall look and functionality of the site. Advising and assisting on VWWE.com if requested.

Duties:

The VWWE.com creative consultant will be responsible for creating new graphics for VWWE.com or Waptopia.net, be they posters, images or avatars.

Mick has created and controlled the VWWE website since day one, originally starting out on WAP before moving to its own server on the web in 2005.

Sam has created and maintained Waptopia, VWWEs chat, since 2004. He continues to improved and make adjustments even today in 2009.
