'Hulk Hogan and Vince McMahon revolutionised this business' we hear Mean Gene claim as the video begins, the music starting as well as the two are seen shaking hands many years ago.
'If it were not for these two men, there wouldn't BE a WrestleMania' he continues as we see McMahon interview Hogan, before the picture shows a WrestleMania of old, possibly VI.
'Ladies and Gentlemen....HUUULLLKKK HOOOGAAAANNN' cries Vince in his old announcing days.
'January 24th, 1984....the day Hulkamania was born' we hear Hogan say as he looks out at the crowd, the old 'WWF' logo behind him, before pinning the Iron Sheik, the crowd going crazy.
'Hulkamania is here' claims Gorilla Monsoon in the distance as Hogan holds the title aloft, before we got a shot of him walking through the crowd, attired in his yellow 'Hulk Rules' vest.
'I created Hulkamania' claims Vince McMahon as we see him in the background, Hogan and Mr. T walking towards the entrance at the very first WrestleMania.
'You...did not create Hulkamania...Hulkamania lives forever because of all these Hulkamaniacs' we hear Hogan say as we get shots of him from just a few years ago, then from many years ago, Hogan holding a large sheet proclaiming 'Hulk STILL rules'.
'Vince said he hated Hulk Hogan' goes The Hulkster.
'I hated you because I created you and you turned on me, you walked out on me Hogan' spits McMahon as we see a shot of Hogan in the late 80's....and then his entrance in WCW, Vince looking disgusted.
'Y'know he said that I tried to....put him in jail' goes Hogan as we a shot of McMahon outside the courtroom giving an interview to the press, with a neckbrace on, Linda stood alongside him.
'You testified against me, for the Federal Governement, in the trial of my life' cries Vince as we see Hogan exit the building, giving the peace sign to the camera with one hand, carrying a satchel with the other.
'Not guilty on all counts...Hulk Hogan testified against his former boss' goes the newsreader as we see more shots.
'Hogan...quite frankly....is a coward' goes Vince as we a shot of a much younger McMahon introducing at WrestleMania III.
'There have been many many times...through our illustrious, long association together...that I have though about what would happen...in a fight....with Vince McMahon...and Hulk Hogan' ponders the Chairman as we see the two go nose to nose.
'After WrestleMania is over....you will know who the better man is' goes McMahon as we see him grin evily from the stage.
'I created Hulkamania....and by god...at WrestleMania....I'm gonna kill it' we hear Vince say as he stomps away at Hogan.
'You better start trainin'....you better start eatin' your vitamins....and you better start saying your damn prayers McMahon' spits Hogan as we see Vince flex the pythons.
'Ladies and Gentlemen....a match...that is 25 years in the making' we hear Mean Gene say as Hogan decks Vince with a right hand.
'This....is gonna ge a fight...like you've never seen before' spits the Hulkster as he tears his shirt, the fans bowing down.
'I created Hulkamania...and bah gawd I'm gonna kill it' we hear Vince echo again, Shane delivering the chair shot on RAW, Vince grinning madly as his son holds his arm aloft, that video coming to an end, the music fading......and another video fading it, becoming obvious as action from last Monday night's RAW.
"Yeah, this is gunna be a hell of a victory Vince, a great achievement, why don't you get yaself in the match and make it SEVEN on one" mocks Ross, Hogan stroking his moustache, looking thoughtful but ready. The six gauntlet participants approach cautiously, many knowing Hogan well, knowing of his feats in beating the odds.... and it's Layfield who climbs in first, JR reminding us that only one man can be in the ring, no tags to be made as the bell rings, this match underway.... and JBL is up... right into the Right Hands of Hogan - Right Hand, Right Hand, JBL surprised by Hogan and beat back to the ropes, Hogan with the arm - Irish Whip, sends Layfield running.. rebounds... and ducks the Lariat attempt, Layfield carries on running, into the ropes, springs off - goes for the Clothesline from Hell as Hogan spins... and Hogan ducks, around and behind, JBL spins - scooped up by Hogan - Bodyslam. Bradshaw climbs quickly, on his feet, shoved into the corner by the Hulkster... and goes for Ten Punches... no, JBL grabs him - Atomic Drop out of the corner, Hogan staggers, JBL comes charging.... and charges right into the Big Boot - CRACK, Hogan quickly backs into the ropes, springs off - Leg Drop, cover - ONE.. TWO... THREE
"HOGAN ELIMINATES JBL IN A MATTER OF MINUTES, JBL IS ELIMINATED" blares the delighted Ross, Layfield rolling from the ring out in front of the announce desk, McMahon demanding to know what "the hell is wrong with you?", upset by Layfield's performance here. The Hulkster looks to have only grown in confidence, gesturing to the others at ringside to bring it, the crowd popping as Piper, the MoD and Regal all look at Coachman, Jonathan backing up and shaking his head. Hogan is just for a second distracted by him, allowing William Regal in behind him, scoring with a clubbing Axe Handle to the back. Hogan no sells, staggering away, wide eyed, maybe about to Hulk Up... but he's too near the ropes and Nathan James successfully trips him, Regal pouncing like a predator, immediately on the back, arrogantly slapping Hogan about the head, taking him to school. The furious Hogan throws him off and gets to his feet, William wisely backing away... and here's the collar and elbow tie up, Knees by Regal up into the abdomen, Hogan breaking and staggering back - nice European Uppercut by Regal. The Hulkster staggers toward the ropes, Regal has the arm - Irish Whip, JR pointing out how long it's been since William wrestled last, complimenting him on his little sign of ring rust as Hogan returns to him - stiff Clothesline by Regal, Hogan down - cover - One.. Two... shoulder up. Cover - - one.. two.. thno.... cover, third attempt by Regal - One.. Two.. no again, all using up the energy of Hogan. The Blackpool Native looks pissed and pushes his knee into Hogan's throat, the Hulkster gasping for air, clutching at the limb as the Referee counts, Regal pleading innocence with the Referee with the knee blatantly in the throat. Regal breaks on four, leaving Hogan withering in pain... and covers again - One.. Two... no. Regal stands, grabbing the head as he does, Hogan up to his feet, Regal with the Front Facelock, thinking of a Suplex maybe... no, Hogan fights out, fists to the midsection. Regal staggers, Hogan back pedals, springs off - Lariat, again as Regal quickly gets up. Regal is up a third time, staggering to the ropes - Irish Whip, rebounds at Hogan - Big Boot, back pedals to the ropes again...
"LEG DROP, THE IMMORTAL LEG DROP.... CAN OIT BE.... ONE.... TWO... THREE - YES, HOGAN ELIMINATES REGAL, NOW WE'RE DOWN TO THREE"
Vince pulls off his headphones, throwing them down and coming out from behind the announce desk, gesturing to Nathan James and Forxx, the hired guns, both men suddenly in, Piper producing a lead pipe.
"NOW WAIT A DAMN MINUTE" spits JR, the Referee Charles Robinson threatening a DQ before he's suddenly pulled from the ring and laid out by McMahon. The boos echo out as both Nathan and Forxx hit clubbing blows, Hogan unable to get up off the canvas. Roddy Piper is now in, throwing down his leather jacket and gesturing for the MoD to hold Hogan up. Nathan has one arm, Forxx the other... Piper lunges with the pipe as McMahon looks on gleefully.... and smashes Forxx in the skull as Hogan pulls him in front. The crowd erupt as Hogan strikes Nathan with a Right Hand, strikes JBL with one as he tries to get back in, Hogan grabs Nathan by the head, grabs Piper by the head.... meeting of the minds. Nathan staggers to the ropes - Hogan Clotheslines him out. Piper recovers quicker, Hogan has the back of the head, points aloft... and tosses Piper over the top rope, thankfully revealing trunks under his kilt as he goes down. The Hulkster wipes his hands, taking out the trash before turning to the last man standing at ringside - Vince McMahon. McMahon swallows hard, knowing he maybe meeting Hogan earlier than expected. Suddenly Vince makes his decision, stepping back and looking enraged he pulls off his jacket, throwing it down, loosening his tie and tossing that aside as well. McMahon rolls up his sleeves, gesturing at Hogan to come out of the ring. Hogan nods, about to do just that when all of a sudden there's a rush of noise from the crowd, a figure streaking down the aisle behind Hogan, into the ring... Hogan spins, sensing it....
THWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK
"IT'S SHANE MCMAHON, SHANE WITH A STEEL CHAIR, GOD ALMIGHTLY WHAT A SHOT"
Hogan goes down instantly, Vince grinning sadistically at ringside, sliding into the ring as he sees Hogan is out. The suited Shane stands, chair still in hand, he raises it to strike again... but Vince stops him, holding his hands up... but only so he can take the chair himself. Vince raises it....
THWACK, THWACK, THWACK... THWAAAAAAACK, all to the legs, Vince trying to take out the vertical base, destroy those legs with which Hogan does the Leg Drop. Vince finally throws down the chair, one massive "ASSHOLE, ASSHOLE, ASSHOLE" chant going up as McMahon puts his foot on Hogan's chest, Shane grabbing his fathers arm and holding it aloft, the video fading on that image...
