Hell in a Cell: Doomsday vs Undertaker

JR and King are stony faced as we return to ringside

"Well there you heard from Doomsday folks... his state of mind beyond being in question at this point on time, Doomsday is the most dangerous and unstable individual in WWE history.."

"Yeah.. and we're about to see him go inside Hell in a Cell JR" laughs King, not humoroiusly, actually looking concerned

"Doomsday inside Hell in a Cell is a frightning concept folks, if there was ever a match I did not want to be at ringside for.. it's this one, the Undertaker versus his own brother Doomsday.. lets take a look at this horrific encounter came about...."

JR and King fade away as we go to a pre-taped video, the Hell in a Cell structure from the Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels encopunter seen lowering

'It is the most dangerous structure in the WWE' we hear JR say as the ominous music begins, our shot panning around the Cell.

'Custom built for pain' he adds with an echo, more shots of the Cell from different angles.

'There will be blood...' we hear Michael Cole cry, Nathan James donning the crimson mask at last year's WrestleMania

'There will be injury....' he blares this time, Stone Cold Steve Austin holding his back on top of the Cell from years ago.'

'There will be suffering' we hear, Forxx almost crying in pain.

'HELL.....IN THE CELL' spits Mr. McMahon, our last image being that of the Cell bathed in an eerie light, hanging from the rafters...

'The Undertaker, the phenom, the conscious of the WWE' we hear JR say as the music ups tempo and more images suddenly fill our screens, Taker hammering away at Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 22, then connecting with Old School on Adan Reyes, hitting a Big Boot on what appears to be Forxx.

'The Deadman rises!' squeals King as Undertaker sits bolt upright mid ring to a huge pop from the crowd.

'Possibly the best pure striker in our business' we hear JR claim as Taker throws some huge soup bones at Hunter in the corner.

'He's smells like smoke 'cos he's been through fire' blares JBL as we see him walk the aisle, aptly enough as flames rise from the floor behind him. Our picture suddenly starts to fuzz out, almost as if the picture quality is disappearing, the opening chords of Clint Mansells Requiem for a Dream, the haunting opening drifting out

'End....of days' we hear, the picture becoming clearer now as we see Doomsday make his entrance.

'An unconscionable monster, no doubt about it' goes JR as DD grates John Cena's face into the side of a Steel Cage, beating the hell out of Kane on RAW.

'He can't be stopped JR, he's insane!' goes King as The Rock is driven into the canvas with a Powerbomb, the camera focusing on the mad glint in Doomsday's eyes as the orchestral theme kicks in

'Straight ahead power' claims Ross as DD scores with the End of Days on a variety of wrestlers, all the images coming within split seconds of each other, the last one ending with an echo as the body hits the mat, our picture fading again.....

'DOOMSDAY....DOOMSDAY IS YOUR BROTHER, UNDERTAKER!!!' wails Paul Bearer, Undertaker going nose to nose with DD at Survivor Series.

'Oh my god' goes Ross as they exchange blows.

'I will never fight...my own flesh and blood' we hear Undertaker claim as DD stares him down from the top of the ramp.

'He's on fire...tha-that man's on fire!' squeals Lawler as we see the shocking image on RAW.

'An Inferno Match, at Armageddon, between The Undertaker, and his brother, Doomsday, and bah gawd it's gunna be a slobberknocker' cries JR as we see the destruction of Kane, and then the images from December's PPV, Undertaker leaping over the top rope onto Doomsday as the flames rise.

'OH BAH GAWDDD' blares Ross as we see DD finally being able to burn Undertaker, then hitting the End of Days.

'The Undertaker is gone....thanks to Doomsday' goes Paul Bearer with a sickly grin on his face, but then...

BONG

'THE UNDERTAKER, THE UNDERTAKER IS BACK, RIGHT HERE, IN MADISON SQUARE GARDENS' blares JR as Taker enters the Royal Rumble Match, dominating before being eliminated by Big Show.

'HE'S GOT PAUL BEARER, UNDERTAKER'S GOT PAUL BEARER' cries King as we see Taker drive the hearse away from RAW, having kidnapped Bearer.

'I want you at WrestleMania brother' we hear DD say softly during one of his promos on RAW.

'Death waits for no man...' goes Taker.

'I want to put you away for good' DD states.

'Doomsday....' growls the Phenom.

'Brother...versus Brother' goes DD.

'HELL.....IN A CELL' goes Taker, his eyes rolling back in his head, the video coming to an end and the images returning to ringside where the dull thumping heartbeat sound is ringing out, all the loights off around the Cirtus Bowl, the Hell in a Cell looking eerie against the night sky as spotlights illuminate it, lowering to the ground from underneath the giant canopy over the entire ring area

"Ladies and gentlemen the following contest is scheduled for one fall and is the HELL IN A CELL MATCH" cries Lillian Garcia to a massive ovation, the fans waiting for this one it seems, the crowd go silent however turning their attention from the still lowering cell to the stage, silence all around before a buzz of static crosses the screen, a millisecond picture showing a burning house, more static, a twisted and contorted face, clearly that of Doomsday, static again, this time the Hockey mask surrounded by flames, a hanging noose, static, an electric chair, static and then blackness, the boos echoing out as the opening piano chords of Linkin Park's In The End hit. With each bar an explosion of silent pyro goes off down the stage, again, again, again, all leading down the ramp to the aisle before one huge explosion rips across the stage, up the set, the lights behind making it appear as if every piece of the stage set in on fire

"It starts with one thing......"

The boos get louder and louder as Doomsday, white mask in place, strides onto stage

"I don't know why, it doesn't even matter how hard you try, keep in mind that I designed this rhyme to explain in due time... All I know, time is a valuable thing, watch it fly by as the pendulum swings, watch it count down to the end of the day, the clock ticks life away..."

DD stops on the stage, looking across the Citrus Bowl to the cell lowering around the ring, taking it in with those insane eyes, the camera filled with DD's TitanTron video for a few moments, an ancient looking book fading in. Emblazoned on the front cover in gold lettering, are the words 'Doomsday Book'. The book opens of it's own accord and the pages start to turn slowly at first and then quickening as the shot zooms in until the book reaches the final page and the shot focuses on the words printed on that last page. The End of Days.

"It's SO unreal, didn't look out below, watch the time go right out the window, trying to hold on, but didn't even know or wasted it all JUST TO WATCH YOU GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....."

Doomsday strides forward, marching with a purpose, looking in great shape under his trademark black T-Shirt, looking more than confident, no fear here

"Doomsday certainly having no fear of the Undertaker, he's just as big a master of the mind games as his brother and that could be a hell of a factor here tonight, on many occasions the Deadman has won the match even before the bell goes thanks to those headgames he plays with his opponents"

"Exactly JR, and DD has ALREADY beaten the Deadman, he may in fact have the advantage in the mindgames" King claims as Linkin Park continue to play, Doomsday half way down the aisle now

"I TRIED SO HARD AND GOT SO FAR, BUT IN THE END IT DOESN'T EVEN MATTER, I HAD TO FALL TO LOSE IT ALL, BIT IN THE END IT DOESN'T EVEN MATTER"

"Introducing first..." we hear from Lillian, the cell having now touched the ground as Doomsday approaches, Referees locking it in place

"From Parts Unknown, weighing Two Hundred Seventy Pounds.... DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMSDAY" she cries, DD stood in front of the cell now, looking up at it, Referee Chad Patton fiddling with the chain on the door. Doomsday is in no mood to wait and marches right up to him, shoving the Referee away and yanking the door open, entering the structure. DD enters the ring and looks up in the center of the ring, either getting the feel of the cell or looking for divine inspiration as we hear again from JR

"Doomsday has NEVER been in a Hell in a Cell match folks but he does have experience on the biggest stage, losing to Ric Flair at WrestleMania Nineteen, defeating Nightmare in a Buried Alive match last year but it has to be said that that pales in comparison to the Undertakers record, the Deadman involved in Hell in a Cells against Steve Austin, Kane and Shawn Michaels"

Linkin Park cuts out, leaving us with just the noise of the crowd, a faint Undertaker chant drifting through the Citrus Bowl before it's drowned out by an enormous eruption - the lights cutting, nothing more, but enough to send the fans into a frenzy as we hear the Latin chants of the Druids, the entire entrance set bathed in that famous eerie light of the Deadman, a huge cloud of white smoke engulfing the stage, the fans popping as they see a row of flames amongst it - six torch bearers. The camera moves out to show another six on the far side of the stage, twelve in all. The flames shine through the ever increasing white cloud of mist, drifting up to mix with the odd light, an ethereal, unearthly look to the arena as the chants continue..... until the stage light cuts to black

BONG

The crowd roar, getting louder as a row of flame shoots across the stage

BONG

Another shot of flame follows the death knell

BONG, the third chime reverberates through the Citrus Bowl. The Darkest Sides opening chords echoing out as yet more flame licks across the stage, shooting up past the TitanTron

BONG

The light returns, the flames, the smoke and the music rippling together

BONG

The camera moves in close, now looking right through the smoke and flames into the entrance way

BONG

The organs kick in as the fans roar, just seeing the slightest hint of a shadow behind the smoke, getting louder, louder, a deafening roar going through the arena as The Undertaker walks through the mist, the flame, the hellfire and brimstone to stand on stage in his old Ministry of Darkness coat. The Undertaker grimaces as he throws his arms up, setting of a reaction across the stage again, flames bursting from every possible place, all across the set, the screen and stage, volley after volley after volley before striding down the aisle now, heading toward the Hell in a Cell, flames shooting up at either side of him

"The demon walks straight out of the fiery pits of hell, if this doesn't set Doomsday on edge NOTHING will, this is isn't the Deadman, not Big Evil, not even the Undertaker as we know him... this is THE PHENOM, THE LORD OF DARKNESS" blares JR, the camera getting a stunning shot of the Undertaker walking the aisle as the stage set behind him roars in flame, shooting up into the night sky, Undertaker looking every part the demon from hell that he was just called, clad all in black, hair slick

"And his opponent, from Death Valley, weighing Two Hundred Ninety Nine Pounds.... THE UUUUUUUUUUUUNDERTAKER" cries Lillian to another roar

"What more is there to say folks, this is a match where all the talking has already been done and if there's anything left to say, it's gunna be said inside that structure. It is a demonic structure, a structure perfectly suited to these two men, there will be no remorse, no forgiveness - two men will enter that cell, one, if they're lucky, will leave" goes Ross as the Deadman reaches the cell and stops, looking up at it before striding up to the door and entering the ring, walking around to the ringsteps. The Deadman lifts his long coat slightly as he climbs the steps, standing on the top one and raising his arms, slowly bringing up the lights around the arena. The camera closes in on his face, the Phenom's eyes rolled back into his head as from across the ring Doomsday watches, no expression visible behind the mask. Taker enters the ring and moves to a central position, DD sliding out, maybe fearful of an early assault by his brother who swings the bottom of the coat as he turns to face the camera.

"The Undertakers record in big matches is unsurpassed folks, only Hulk Hogan and Shawn Michaels even comes close, former WWE Champion, Hell in a Cell winner, He's been in Wargames, Buried Alive matches, Casket Matches, the Undertaker is incensed by the actions of his brother and former mentor Paul Bearer, the question is, after defeating the Deadman at Armageddon last year, is Doomsday too strong for his brother? has DD in fact SURPASSED the Undertakers powers?" asks Ross as the Deadman begins to undo his coat, The Darkest Side still playing all around the Citrus Bowl as he does, fixing his eyes on Doomsday. The Phenom hands his coat out to a waiting Referee on the door side of the cell, the Referee quickly exiting as Taker takes his corner, Doomsday re-entering. The atmosphere is electric as we see the chain and padlock going around the door - the brother sealed in. We get a wide shot of the Hell in a Cell structure, Undertaker and the masked Doomsday just visible between the mesh. The crowd is electric as they both stand statue like, staring back at each other

"What must be going though these men's minds folks, we've talked about their powers for a long time, about their seemingly near indestructibility but this structure can make you realize very quickly just how mortal you really are" claims JR. the roar louder as suddenly the bell rings out and this massive match-up, brother versus brother is underway. Neither man makes an immediate move, Undertaker putting his fists up ready, assuming that boxer like stance. DD is wise not to start rashly, staying opposite Taker, maybe still going over a game plan, staring his brother down.... and we're go, Undertaker making the first move, rushing DD who charges to meet him, these two bulls locking horns in the center of the ring with the Collar and Elbow tie up, immediate test of these two men's strength. It's Doomsday who wins this one, twisting his half-brother into the Side Headlock, squeezing the head, looking to cut off that air early. The Deadman goes down low, looking for leverage as he reaches his arms around the body of his opponent. Finding none he moves forward, both men into the ropes.... and Taker sends DD running, charging across the ring and rebounding - Doomsday takes the Undertaker down with the Shoulder Block, wastes no momentum, carrying on running into the ropes, springs off just as Taker rises - Clothesline - Doomsday has the momentum. JR observes how a good start can be key in matches such as this, DD standing ready again as his brother gets up quickly... and Taker catches him off guard with a Gut Kick, DD thinking he may have been more winded than he actually was. There's a big overhand strike by the Deadman to send his opponent staggering, a second sends him into the ropes - grabs the arm, Irish Whip, DD running and rebounding... ducks a Clothesline attempt by Taker, around and behind, Taker spins - quick Right hand by Doomsday, again, again, again, quick but powerful and well placed strikes to the head, Taker send back - there's the whip, The Phenom running and rebounding - this time HE ducks the Clothesline and comes around and behind, DD spins just as Taker raises his hand - SLAP, it goes around the throat, the crowd roaring as they sense the early Chokeslam - arm over, hand on the lower back.... no, DD scores with a perfectly placed elbow, strike to the face, strike to the face. Doomsday breaks away, into the ropes, springs forward... but Takers alert, exploding into DD with a massive clothesline, powerful enough to send the Deadman down with it. Heres the cover, Lateral Press - One... Twno, not even close, DD kicking out comfortably. The Undertaker stands, taking maybe just a second to regain some wind before backing into the ropes behind him, he comes off... drops a big Elbow onto his opponents sternum, grabs his head and pulls him to his feet..... slams the masked face into the top turnbuckle, DD turning... and hit with a Right Hand.

"That mask a two edged sword folks, each blow no doubt hurting the Undertakers hands despite those gloves but equally, every blow smashes it into Doomsday's face.. but I've gotta think he likes it, he seems to thrive on pain and that of others" JR claims, Taker hitting a big overhand right, another straight right, all rocking DD back against those pads. The Deadman grabs the arm, looks for the Irish Whip from the corner... and scores, Doomsday sailing across the ring and hitting the opposite set of turnbuckles hard. DD staggers forward, the Undertaker scoops him up over his shoulder leading to a few fans cheering, thinking it's the Tombstone... but it's Snake Eyes, the Deadman dropping his brother face first onto the top pad - seemingly singling out that masked face in the early minutes here. Doomsday springs off, staggers back just as Taker goes running into the ropes, springing off.... CRACK, connects with the Big Boot - DD down, the momentum shifted. No time is wasted by the former WWE Champion the Undertaker, he's straight down into the cover, Lateral Press again - and the same result, Two only. The Deadman looks a little irate, maybe not expecting the pin but hoping to have done more damage to his brother with one of his trademarks. He stands and quickly rolls from the ring to the small space between the apron and the outside wall of the cell, Taker lifting the apron and retrieving a chair, perfectly legal in this match. The Phenom keeps the chair in his hand as he heads back into the ring, DD getting up to his feet as Taker lunges, trying to take his head off... dodged aside by Doomsday, Taker spins toward him... CRACK, Big Boot this time by the masked man, smashing into the chair, into the face - the Deadman is down. DD stays down for just a moment, still trying to shake of the early assault by his brother but the boos ring out now as he gets his hand onto that chair, pulling it away from the Deadman as he starts to get to his feet. The Chairs in his hands as he slowly gets up, taking his time, knowing the advantage is him. The Undertaker also starts to rise, to his knees, feet, DD waiting and charging with the steel.... and Undertaker ducks as well, around and behind, DD spins - Clothesline. JR points out that both men are almost canceling each other out here, knowing each others offense as if it were their own. The Undertaker makes a quick cover, the Lateral Press - One... Two... no, easy kickout, DD rolling out under the bottom rope to try and get some distance, try and recover some of his wind. The Undertaker is relentless however, instantly following, knowing he needs to stay on his brother. DD is staggering, allows Taker up behind him.... and the Deadman slams his head into the ringpost, Doomsday staggering back against the cell, slumping against the wall. That maybe a mistake as the Undertaker grabs his head... and strikes him in the face,... and again, big strikes against the cell, DD's back sliced into it with both big blows. DD staggers away but there's nowhere to go, Undertaker striking again to send DD into the cell on the aisle side, another blow, another blow, the Deadman picking his brother off at the moment. DD slumps down against the cell, on the mats but simply allowing the Deadman a kick now, DD seemingly in no mans land, trying to get away again but leaving himself open to his opponent grabbing the back of his head.... and slamming DD's head into the cell, intelligently grinding the side of his head against the mesh, not his masked front. DD cries out in pain, JR claiming his ear must be being sliced like cheese as the man from Death Valley moves it over the sharp cell. The Deadman seems to see blood on the metal and lets DD go, staggering away to reveal the side of his white mask covered in blood, trying to make it to the ring. DD struggles to try and roll under the bottom rope, allowing Taker to grab his head, half in the ring, half out, laying it extended over the apron. The crowd pop, sensing the vintage Undertaker about to happen as he climbs up onto the apron, measuring the extended head... Taker runs, leaps into the air over the head..... Leg Drop across the head and throat on the apron, the fans in the Citrus Bowl wincing. Doomsday slums from the ring to the mats, eyes closed behind the mask, appearing momentarily out as the Phenom strolls away a little, hands on hips, regaining some of the used adrenaline. The Phenom stops and looks back beyond DD, wiping his hair from his face before striding over to the steps, quickly tossing the top piece of them off and picking it up, visibly very heavy. DD is getting up, not sensing this coming as his opponent looms opposite, the huge metal steps ready, he charges as DD stands.... THUDONK, the crowd roar as Taker smashes the ring steps into his brothers head, DD out like a light. The Referee is out by DD as the camera closes on him, asking him if he wants to quit after that but DD either doesn't want to respond or can't as he clutches the top of his bald head, blood from his ear smeared on one side. The Undertaker is coming again, shoving the official out of the way and grabbing hold of the cell, using it for leverage as he puts his foot across DD's throat. The Deadman lets go and looks around toward the ring, seeing the steel chair near him he pulls it out and folds it properly again..... THWACK, steel chair to the skull of DD on the floor, the Undertaker having seen the blood and zeroed in, seeing the weak spot. He throws down the chair, thinking his brother may just be about done here, DD not moving except when Taker grabs him, pulls him up by the head, grabs the pants and rolls him back into the ring. The Undertaker follows, rolls on top of Doomsday, here's the cover - One... Two... Thno, DD kicks out and rolls away. Undertaker looks up at the Referee from his knees, not liking the count it seems but it was a clear Two. Taker stands and heads straight to Doomsday, grabbing him and helping him to his feet.... DD's flung into the bottom corner, the arm exposed... Arm Wringer in the corner by Taker, the fans already erupting as the recognize the set up to the Old School, Taker isn't ready yet however, pulling DD from the corner, still grabbing his arm... and Taker pulls DD into his shoulder.... shoves him away, arm still in his hands.... pulls him back, connecting with the big shoulder. The Deadman wrings the arm the second time... and now he's backing up to the corner, the crowd roaring, the calls of "OOOOOOLD SCHOOOOOOL" echoing out. Takers up on the turnbuckle, climbs onto the top rope and walks to a central position..... and DD yanks on the arm, pulling the Undertaker down - crotched. The fans boo, DD pulling Taker down to the canvas before collapsing down next to him, the punishment having taken it's toll. The Referee paces, seemingly like he wants to make a double count but that can't happen, there must be a winner here... and DD looks to be it, struggling to crawl toward Taker..... and he gets an arm across - One... Two.. no, Undertaker kicks out strong but DD has the opening he needed. Both men are climbing to their feet, Doomsday just slightly quicker, allowing him to hit a Right Hand to the Undertaker. Taker staggers but strikes back with a typical trademarked overhand strike, DD sent staggering but able to strike back with his own Right Hand, Undertaker strikes, DD strikes, DD again, that last blow hitting the Undertaker well, groggy for a second, open to a third consecutive Right Hand from Doomsday, Four, Five, Undertaker back to the ropes, he grabs the arm, looks for the Irish Whip - Undertaker runs and rebounds.... DD scores with a Clothesline, big impact. Cover, the Lateral Press - One... Two... and Undertaker kicks out at Two.

"The Undertaker kicks out at two folks, DD trying to ground down the Undertaker" Jim Ross claims as Doomsday gets up and pulls Taker with him, shoving him into the corner... Back Elbow, Right Hand, Shoulder Block, again, he grabs the arm, Irish Whip... and scores, sending the Deadman into the opposite side. DD is charging after him.... Clothesline into the pads, DD backs up, Taker staggers forward, scooped up with a show of amazing strength by DD..... Powerslam, massive impact driving the Deadman into the canvas. Here's the cover, the hook of the leg - One.. Two.. Threno, Undertaker kicks out, but that was close, the big impact from DD and the tide has now turned in this match. Doomsday takes a moment before getting to his feet, touching his ear, the blood still there, JR pointing out that that blood loss may cause him some trouble before the end of this match as he grabs his brother by the head and runs with him to toss him over the top tope to the outside. Undertaker catlike lands on his feet. Before he has time to react however DD is right there behind him, he grabs the Deadman's head... THWACK, down into what's left of the ringsteps from earlier.... an now it's about payback, DD grabbing the head... and raking it across the mesh of the cell, the fans wincing and booing as he scrapes it back and forth like a cheese grater, the Deadman is bleeding, staggers off the steel, DD grabs the arm, Irish Whip.....and the Undertaker is sent right into Hell in a Cell wall on the other side, bouncing off almost, DD charging.... CRACK, Big Boot, scores to the head of the Phenom. Doomsday stays down for a second, thinking about a cover maybe but instead he decides to go for more of the same, grabbing the arm as the Deadman starts to rise, looks for the whip.... but this time it's reversed and the Undertaker stands Doomsday heading toward the ringsteps..., CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAASH, DD smashes into them, up and over, grabbing his legs in pain. The Deadman takes his time in strolling over, grabbing DD by the head and helping him to his feet. What expression of Doomsday's we can actually see is vacant, on spaghetti legs and staggering, allowing Taker to scoop him up over his shoulder, he slowly turns, facing the opposite side of the cell and charging, DD over his shoulder... and the Undertaker drives Doomsday headfirst into the mesh. Undertaker stops for another moment, keeling over, hands on knees, drawing breath into his lungs as JR comments on the punishment this environment inflicts on the body. Undertaker stands straight up, tossing his hair back as he does and striding a little way forward past the downed DD, the crowd popping as they realize he's picked up the steel chair from earlier. DD is up, only on his knees, he looks up unwisely toward his brother..... THWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK, he brings the steel down on DD's head, big impact as the chair dents. Taker casts it aside again, putting his hand to his forehead and seemingly realizing for the first time that he's been busted open. The Deadman looks pissed, bending to grab Doomsday's head and haul him up, rolling him under the bottom rope and back into the ring, here's the cover, Lateral Press - One.. Two.. Threno, close but only Two and a half, DD kicking out. Undertaker stands immediately, no time wasted, knowing that DD is on the proverbial ropes here, one big move could finish this thing. Taker grabs the arm as his brother tries to stand and for the second time this contest he backs up toward the corner, climbing backward and looking for Old School. The Undertaker is on the turnbuckles... but for the second time there's a counter by Doomsday, the former Intercontinental Champion having got this well scouted with a punch up, another, another, buying himself time to climb up after the Deadman. Right hand, Elbow across the face, Right Hand, Right Hand, Taker reeling in this precarious position. DD gets the Front Facelock, grabbing the tights.... and Doomsday throws the Phenom backward..... Superplex, scores big time, drilling the Undertaker into the canvas from upon high with stunning impact, the whole ring shaking. The impact has also had an effect on DD however, the masked one laid out quite a distance from Taker, only now coming to his sense, maybe valuable time lost. He gets to his hands and knees, scrambling toward his brother, knowing he needs to make the cover now.... and he does, rolling across, grabbing the leg

"ONE"

"TWO"

"THRNO, THE UNDERTAKER KICKED OUT, A BIG KICKOUT BY THE DEADMAN"

despite JR's claims there isn't much power on the kickout, Taker struggling to get up, collapsing back to the mat as DD stands and looks down. The boos ring out as Doomsday draws a thumb across his throat, almost Undertaker like, calling for the End of Days. He bends down over the Phenom, trying to grabs the head to pull him up but as he does Undertaker pulls his legs up, one in front of DD, bent, the other circling around behind, instantly pulling his brothers head into the other leg with it - one shin across the throat, his hands pulling his brothers head and neck down - Gogoplata

"THATS A SUMBMISSION, THE SUBMISSION IS LOCKED IN" cries JR, King outraged, calling it a choke as The Deadman pulls viciously on the head, down into he leg, crushing DD's neck and windpipe, no air getting into the lungs. The crowd are all on their feet, sensing this is the end for DD as his arms flail, the nature of the hold meaning he has no chance of hitting the Deadman, completely helpless, unable to even look left or right to see where the ropes are. Blood is clearly trickling on the mat, Ross speculating that DD may have internal injuries from this, that the Referee might need to stop it.... when suddenly DD flings himself to one side, rolling over onto his back.... and grabbing the ropes, great ring presence but the damage is done, the blood covers DD's mask, his larynx possibly crushed. The Undertaker breaks the hold as DD manages to roll out to the mats, face down, coughing and breathing heavily. In the ring the Deadman gets to his feet, strolling slowly across the ring, the complete opposite side to where Doomsday is now rising. DD grabs the mesh of the cell, using it to haul himself to his feet, turn around, maybe wondering why the Undertaker hasn't capitalized. As soon as he turns, in the ring the Undertaker charges, running across it to a massive ovation... he leaps when he gets to the ropes.... and flies clean over the top rope, flying the short distance down onto DD, smashing into him and crushing his body between Deadman and steel. Undertaker is up quick, barely taking any of the blow, DD however slumped against the steel, open to pistoning rights to that bleeding ear, big strikes by the man many call the best striker in the game. Taker grabs him, pulling DD up once more, keeping hold of him with one hand while picking the chair up for a third time with the other. JR sounds concerned but the fans just cheer as he places it underneath DD's chin, against that neck he tore to shreds with the Gogoplata.... and Undertaker smashes DD's head down, forcing the edge of the steel chair up into the throat, DD actually crying out, falling back and clutching his windpipe, more blood visible as he thrashes around at ringside in pain. The Deadman goes back to the steps, this time picking up the bottom piece, struggling with it, either being heavier than the top piece or the Undertakers strength is fading in this match. Either way he finally gets the huge steel object onto his shoulder, measuring DD once more, surly the finishing blow if he lands this? the groggy Doomsday is up, on his feet, Taker charges..... and DD ducks at the last second.... Drop Toe Hold - CRACK, Undertaker trips, the steps planted into the floor and his face going right into them. DD collapses against the apron, exhausted it seems, breathing heavy from that damaged neck. He looks up, barely knowing what happened it seems. His brothers plight seems to urge him on, his mind telling him that this is the opportunity. DD staggers up and grabs the dented chair nearby, he scoops it up and stumbles over to the Deadman, his head and shoulders still resting across the steel steps. JR cries out, the boos sounding as Doomsday lifts the chair high...... THWAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK, he smashes the chair down onto the Deadman's head on the steps, steel sandwich, almost conchairto like in its brutality. Doomsday casts the chair aside and turns, lifting the apron and pulling out a collection of objects inside a trash can, DD casts everything else aside except what he holds aloft the arena becoming electric as we focus on a barbed wire baseball bat

"Oh my God... this is too much, this is too far King" spits the disgusted JR, Doomsday measuring up the Deadman as he relentlessly stands, Lawler trying to claim this is what it's going to take to put him away as DD swings... and connects sickly with the midsection of the Deadman, the barbed wire sticking in the Undertakers top and he keels over, DD having a job to pull the wire back off him as it tares clothes and flesh. Doomsday holds the bat aloft like a trophy, the fans just booing as the man from Death Valley goes down to his knees against the cell. Doomsday lines it up again, this time aiming right for his brothers head, he swings.... and connects, the Undertaker luckily able to get his left arm up but as the bat connects he roars in pain, the bat may have just broken his arm. Doomsday is pissed that he deflected the blow, moving in and stomping a mudhole, one, two, three, four, five, kick after kick to the Phenom against the cell, now he lifts the bat again - a third vile shot of barbed wire to the Deadman's, blood visible even on the black singlet top. JR calls the beating sickening, DD dropping the bat and going down to his knees, these two men giving everything they have, their only mission to destroy each other. JR starts saying again that this may need to be stopped just as Doomsday gets to his feet, a close-up on the Undertaker showing his eyes glazed. DD grabs his head, pulling him to his feet and rolling him in under the bottom rope. The movement however seems to bring Taker to his senses, staggering to his feet as DD follows him into the ring. The Deadman's on spaghetti legs, staggering into the corner, DD following and hitting a perfect Right Hand, and again, he climbs up and mounts for the Ten Punches, One... Two... Three... Four... Five... Six.... all down into that bloody skull of his own brother... Seven... Eight... Nine... and DD pauses, taking a moment to look at his brother, covered in blood, his blood all over DD's hands, Doomsday seeming to relish the moment.... right until the Deadman locks his hands around him, stepping out of the corner, DD on his shoulders, he hoists him up, looking for the Last Ride.... but the sheer height of seven footer on top of seven footer allows Doomsday to lock his fingers into the top of the Cell, to try and counter it, Taker struggling with everything he has....

"LAST RIDE, THE UNDERTAKER SCORES WITH THE LAST RIDE, THIS IS IT, IT'S OVER!!!!" cries JR, Undertaker staggering a little from the momentum, he goes down to his knees, grabs the arm and folds it in for his Lateral Press, the count is made

"ONE"

"TWO"

"THRENO, DD KICKED, HE KICKED OUT OF THE LAST RIDE"

JR and the crowd are stunned, the Undertaker looking up ate Referee, unable to believe he kicked out of that. The Deadman sits forward on the canvas, sweeping his hair back, staring into space and considering his next move, wondering just how to put his brother away possibly. Undertaker gets to his feet, staggering a little, blood loss and exhaustion taking its toll but the end seems to be near, Taker drawing his thumbs across his throat to an enormous roar, the fans getting to their feet, camera ready. Doomsday is rising, his back to the Phenom who's standing ready Undertakers cold dead eyes watch every movement, watches DD stand, slowly turn, no idea what's waiting... and the Undertaker scoops up DD over his shoulder, ready for the Tombstone..... no, DD slides down the back, on his feet behind Taker who spins.... SLAP, Doomsday gets the hand around the throat, he hoists up the Deadman....

"CHOKESLAM, MY GOD THE CHOKESLAM, DON'T TELL ME...."

"ONE"

"TWO"

"THRENO GOD ALMIGHTY, THE UNDERTAKER KICKED OUT, HOW MUCH MORE CAN THESE TWO MEN TAKE?" screams Ross, the crowd on the edge of their seats, roaring in appreciation of the testicular fortitude on display here. Doomsday slams his hand into the canvas, furious he didn't get it there, running on nothing but anger and instinct now as he storms to his feet, heading to the ropes and exiting to the apron he lifted earlier. An absolutely deafening noise starts to go up throughout the Citrus Bowl as first Doomsday produces a table, sliding it into the ring... and then he produces a can of gas

"OH MY GOD.... OH YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME...." blares Ross, Lawler claiming he can smell the fumes

"THIS IS TOO FAR, THATS A CAN OF GASOLINE FOR GODSAKE" JR adds, DD having to a box of matchs as well, sliding both the can and box after the table before re-entering, the Undertaker still out of it in the center of the ring from that Chokeslam

"This needs to be stopped folks, this has gone beyond anything I have ever seen....."

Doomsday has a sick, distant look behind the mask as he grabs the table and proceeds to set it up, fixing the legs in place and putting it right next to the Deadman, the noise getting louder and louder as he reaches for the fuel can, pulling the top on and smelling it under his nose as if it were a fine wine. The arena explodes as DD starts top poor the fluid all over the top of the wooden table

"HE'S GUNNA KILL HIM, FOR GODSKAE WILL SOMEBODY HAVE THE DAMN GUTS TO GET OUT HERE AND STOP THIS"

By now the Referee has exited the ring, wanting no piece of this, lingering by the door as we now see DD reach down an pick up the matchs, standing in front of the covered table..... he strikes a match, the tiny flame illuminating DD's mask... and he drops it down onto the table, the noise deafening as flames engulf the wood, a row of fire lighting up the ring

"WILL YA STOP THIS VINCE, WILL YA FOR GODSAKE STOP THIS" roars our play by play man, seemingly a personal plea to the man in his ear as Doomsday moves to the rising Undertaker, grabbing his head and pulling him up. Taker staggers a little, DD garbs the arm, whipping him into the near ropes, thinking about the Back Body Drop into the flames no doubt, Undertaker rebounds.... and pulls up short - kicks DD under the chin. Doomsday staggers back toward the burning table, the heat on his back... SLAP, Undertaker gets the hand around his throat, the fans coming to life as he hoists him up....

"OH MY GOD, NO, NO....."

CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASH, The Undertaker Chokeslams Doomsday through the flames and the burning wood, the table imploding, fire going out as DD is drilled into the canvas

HOLY SHIT, HOLY SHIT, HOLY SHIT, HOLY SHIT, HOLY SHIT roars every fan in the building, JR and King silent, maybe in shock

"GOD ALMIGHTY WHAT A SADISTIC THING, I HAVE NEVER IN 15 WRESTLEMANIAS SEEN ANYTHING AS GODDAMN SADISTIC, THE UNDERTAKER CHOKESLAMMING HIS OWN BROITHER THROUGH A BURNING TABLE AND BAH GAWD, DD IS BROKEN IN HALF"

"JR I THINK HE'S DEAD!!!!" squeals King, the crowd not staying down, amazed at what they just witnessed. Taker staggers back, wide eyed, looking satisfied, as if his demons had just been exorcised in that one moment. The Deadman moves in, not waiting another second as he grabs the masked head and hauls DD up, scoops him up over his shoulder, centers him over his front...... and drops him

"TOMB... STONE.. PILEDRIVER"

The Undertaker folds Doomsday's arms across his chest, allowing his tongue to snake out as the count is made by the Referee, JR and crowd

"ONE"

"TWO"

"THREE"

Every fan in the arena is on their feet, their roar deafening over the noise of The Darkest Side, the ring bathed in that eerie purple light

"THE UNDERTAKER HAS DONE IT, THE UNDERTAKER HAS DEFEATED HIS BROTHER IN ONE OF THE MOST HELATIOUS MATCHES I THINK I HAVE EVER SEEN, BAH GAWD WHAT A MATCH, WHAT CARNAGE" blares JR, Undertaker letting go of DD's arms and standing, looking down with a sneer at his fallen brother before going down to one knee and with a toss back of his hair extending his hand out and up to those personal Gods or demons

"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH... THEEEEEEE UUUUUUUUUUNDERTAKER" cries Lillian, King speaking up as she finishes

"JR..... I gotta agree, I've never seen anything like this..."

The double feature replays the Chokeslam through the burning table and the Tombstone that followed, and then replays it again, JR sounding in awe

"That was absolute brutality King, that was sadistic, that was the hell that comes from feuding brothers. We asked what it would take to put away Doomsday, to keep this monster down.. well there ya see it folks, this was TRULY.. HELL... in a cell"

As we return to the ring area here at the Citrus Bowl the Hell in a Cell is rising up into the night sky, suspended under the gigantic canopy, EMTs already on the outside waiting to get in with several officials. The Deadman gets back to his feet, the lights still down as he heads to exit the ring, taking one last look back at his brother before climbing from the ring and out under the Cell, taking the long walk up the aisle

"Of all the Undertaker's victories at WrestleMania folks, this has to be sweetest for the Deadman, for over six months he's been taunted and attacked by the man he once considered his friend, betrayed by the man who he considered a father Paul Bearer, the Undertaker, as always, has his vengeance, has his blood and King, here at WrestleMania 24.. he has the victory" says JR, the EMTs in the ring to tend to the unmoving Doomsday, Taker to turning back, just walking up to the dark stage

"No doubt JR, this maybe one of the most important victories of his career... but something tells me that this isn't the end for the Undertaker and Doomsday, their paths will cross once again someday.. DD's just like his brother, he'll never rest in peace"

JR lets Kings comment ring in the air as the Phenom reaches the stage, pulling down the straps of his wrestling top as he gets there. He stops dead on the stage, back to the ring... the Undertaker cranes his head round to look, giving a sadistic smile as he sees DD still down. The crowd erupt in ovation, an "UNDER-TAKER, UNDER-TAKER, UNDER-TAKER" chant echoing through the Citrus Bowl as he flings his right arm in the air in victory before walking the extra few paces forward through the curtain, vanishing backstage as we also fade away.
