WWE are reportedly concerned with how seven time WWE Champion Nightmare
has responded to his latest push. Paul Heyman was said to be high on
pushing Mare as the top babyface on the brand and this has become
apparent in recent weeks on Smackdown. However, insiders have commented
that neither Heyman nor Layfield have been impressed with Nightmare,
real name Tony Bithell, and his in ring work, with some speculating
that the return of Batista combined with that of Goldberg may well
serve to oust Nightmare from this spot. Reports that Mare, who will
fight for the World Heavyweight Title at SummerSlam, could be fired
from the company are merely heresy at this point (F4W Online.com)
There is apparently some talk of moving Koji Miyamoto and Koua Vang to SmackDown (1wrestling.com)
Another
superstar Heyman is disappointed with is Matt Hardy. Although the two
met earlier this week, and Hardy assured Heyman of his intention to
step up his game, it's rumoured that Heyman is ready to release Hardy
from his contract after SummerSlam. If this is indeed the case, expect
plans for a Heyman on screen heel turn to be shelved indefinately (PW

Titan fought in a dark match at last nights house show in Rochester, NY and came through with flying colors. WWE have already come up with a return angle for the former Mattitude Follower (Wrestling Observer Online)
Adan Reyes was involved in a minor car crash yesterday
morning(Wednesday) back in his hometown of Utah. Reports claim that
Reyes suffered minor whiplash in the crash, but WWE officials are
confident he will work the Triple Threat Match at SummerSlam (PW Insider)
In a potential MASSIVE spoiler, an unnamed source at WWE's advertising and marketing department leaked this toDave Meltzer last night: http://img338.imageshack.us/img338/2354/cenaaustincopyzd2.jpg (Wrestling Observer online)
After
the reported success of the New Generation blogs on WWE.com, WWE
officials are reportedly testing the waters for both John Cena and
Michael Shane to produce live blogs throughout the day leading upto
SummerSlam. Paul Heyman is said to be the brainchild behind the idea,
with some suggestions that WWE will then publish blogs from other
superstars during selected PPV dates. This comes after continued
popularity of Conscience's Cauldron on the website (Rajah.com)
