What you didnt see at RAW - A typical ECW show but with a WWE spin. After the end of the show Steve Corino and RVD teamed up for a match against Dreamer and Tazz for what would have been an ECW classic. The arena was full for this one and the ending got a good pop (December 31, 2002)
WWE today completed the signing of three talents who are expected to go stright to TV. Psycho Joe is a name very familuar to WWE fans, the former intercontinental champion was released after stabbing Arn Anderson with a pair of scissors. He has recently been working in NWA-TNA and is expected to join the RAW brand. Juan Sanchez is a new to the American circuit after serving in FwC as Juan King (a joke name for a joke fed). He then went on to join Arena Mexico where he impressed WWE talent scouts. Ranger is another OVW prospect with a bright future but has been known to be disruptive backstage (December 31, 2002)
Further to reports that Vince McMahon wants a new tag team for RAW it is believed Juan Sanchez may be used having worked tag matchs frequently in FwC, another option is the tag team of the Junk Yard Dawgs who worked a dark match with Forxx and Steiner at Mondays RAW (January 1, 2003)
HBK has confirmed he will be taking a brake soon to film a new movie and WWE is looking for a tempory replacement to work a short contract (January 1, 2003)
Concerns are growing over the backstage influance of the kliq after several incedents with EHW talent and FwC people (January 1, 2003)
The Royal Rumble is believed to consist of two 15 man rumbles, one for each brand at this time but this may change (January 1, 2003)
Contary to earlier reports Scott Steiner will not be joining the SmackDOWN! brand and is to stay on RAW (January 1, 2003)
It is reported that the SmackDOWN! team are keen to have former European champ The Rock on their show and RAW are keen to find a tag partner from the cruiserweight division for Juan Sanchez so a trade is expected (January 1, 2003)
Many WWE employees launched a stinging attack on FwC last night after confessed drug addict Marcel Terra published a report on their website (January 1, 2003)
Nikko is to join WWE after a short contract disgussion. The former EHW, FwC and current all Japan star is to go stright to the SmackDOWN! brand to work a program with great friend Taiyo (January 2, 2003)
Jim Ross has returned to full dutys and published a Ross report to managements delight (January 2, 2003)
Shawn Michaels is said to be unhappy at his current tag role, from past experiance what HBK wants he gets so expect a return to singles action soon (January 2, 2003)
Within the past hour WWE CEO Ric Flair has confirmed that rumors earlier today are completly true and the legendary DD has resigned with WWE. There is no word on role or debut but we´ll bring you more on this huge story as we get it (January 2, 2003)
It is reported today that the deal bringing Doomsday back to WWE has collapsed. The fan favourite was expected to debut this Monday at RAW but DD is reported to have entered talks with FwC who announced theyd struck a deal. DD announced late today that he wasnt intrested in either company but was to explore other options. WWE were said to be very disapointed while FwC were unavalible for comment (January 3, 2003)
WWE are said to be highly impressed with Jim Rosses work of late with his two colulms on WWEs website receiving top marks. (January 4, 2003)
WWE officials met with WWWF owner Will Bensen in Conniticut this past week in an attempt to resolve the ongoing legal battle between the companys. Insiders have reported Vince McMahon was very pleased with the talks and found them productive (January 4, 2003)
