WWE confired that the Nightmare/Cactus Jack match has been removed from tonights PPV card. Cactus Jack will be in attendance however (December 1, 2002)
There was yet more heat backstage this time following the fallout of Shane McMahons leaving the SmackDOWN! writing team. It seems Ric Flairs name was put forward as a replacememt but questions were raised over his commitment as current CEO with many feeling he doesnt do as much as he once did. (December 1, 2002)
WWE has reported in a December preview the signing of three major stars. No names are confirmed at this time but names thrown about are AWO, DD and Austin (December 2, 2002)
As a further to last weeks filing of a lawsuit against the Liverpool, England based WWWF Vince McMahon is to consider ending WWEs long association with the company (December 2, 2002)
It is reported that Steve Austin was to make a dramatic return to the WWE this monday at RAW. unfornatuly steve was taken ill with a stomach bug at his texas ranch on saturday believed to have been picked up on a recent trip to india. austin is expected to recover soon (December 3, 2002)
It is reported this morning that the WWE has cut all ties with WWWF. the move had been expected for sometime. the final straw is believed to be WWWFs half owner Will Bensen who is a heavy drinker being arested in Germany after a brawl at a nightclub where he had two teeth knocked out. (December 3, 2002)
