2009 WELLNESS POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY
Virtual WWE is a professionally ran virtual entertainment company and only accepts and promotes elite players in the E-Fed game. Established in 2002, VWWE has grown to become the leader in it's field and as such expets certain commitment, input and behaviour of it's members.
2. BEHAVIOUR
(1) All racist language and behavior will not be tolerated in an abusive context. This policy does NOT discriminate against "friendly banter" but talent should use caution or refrain from using provocative language, in particular words such as "wog" and "nigger"
(2) Homophobic abuse and behaviour will not be tolerated in the same manner, once again the policy does not discriminate against a good natured joke amongst friends. Talent should refrain from using words such as "faggot"
(3) Prolonged abuse and/or bullying of talent will not be tolerated as won't hazing of rookie members.
(4) Prolonged irritation of other members through your behavior will result in a formal warning, should you continue in your behaviour, a strike will be given.
3. ACTIVITY
(1) VWWE expects you to appear in the VWWE Chatroom (The Locker, situated at http://waptopia.net ) at least once a week and post at least one message
(2) If no activity is registed within a one week period, a written warning will be given, after two weeks a strike will be given followed by a strike every week of inactivity thereafter.
4. SHOW ACTIVITY
(1) VWWE expects you to guess for every VWWE broadcast you are booked on
(2) Failure to do so will bring a written warning followed by a strike should you miss a second show and so on.
5. ADMINISTRATION OF THE POLICY
The administration of this Policy is directed by the Program Administrator (PA) for VWWE to be apointed in due course.
6. PENALITIES FOR BREACHING THE WELLNESS POLICY
First Offense. In the event of an initial offensive under this Policy, as amended from time to time, the Talent shall receive a "first strike" and no further action will be taken.
Second Offense. In the event of a second offense under this Policy, as amended from time to time, the Talent shall be suspended for 30 days
Third Offense. In the event of a third offense under this Policy, as amended from time to time, the Talent shall be suspended for 60 days.
Any further offense and the Talent’s contract with VWWE will be terminated
This policy will not apply to those Superstars who have given legitimate notice of absense and other genuine reason for breaking the policy
7. NO COMPETE CLAUSE
All talent released under the VWWE Wellness policy will be barred from working for any VWWE Community E-Fed within 90 days of their release
8. APPLICABILITY OF THIS POLICY
This Policy, as it may be amended from time to time, is applicable to and binding upon all VWWE Talent under contract to VWWE who regularly perform in-ring services as a professional virtual sports entertainer.
