The camera opens on a wide shot of the iMPACT Zone and the large crowd now assembled, popping big as we come to a shot of the stage, a small pyro sequence signifying the start of the show. We can see that Paul Heyman is already in the ring, attired in his usual leather trenchcoat, baseball cap combo. However, we don't go to the ring just yet, instead we go for a close-up of the announce desk.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, on behalf of myself and my broadcast partner Don West we'd like to welcome you to another edition of Thursday Night iMPACT!" Bellows Mike Tenay, trying to speak over the roaring crowd. "And ladies in gentlemen, what a night we have ahead for you! In action we've got AJ Styles, Jason Cooper, Christian Cage and of course we've got our special Thanksgiving main-event!" Adds West, his excitement shining through again. "But I'm being told Paul Heyman has got an update about that main-event right now, Don! Let's go to the ring." Replies Tenay, the camera shifting to focus on the ring and the figure inside it.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, first off I'd just like to thank you all for tuning in to our special Thanksgiving broadcast of Impact." Begins Heyman, the crowd popping in responce, Heyman's heat put aside for the moment it seems.

"I do however, have some bad news for you all. First off, let me explain something to you all. Total Nonstop Action may be a new company on the scene, but this company represents what's missing in wrestling today, youth, heart and soul. The guys that put TNA on the map, the AJ Styles, the Samoe Joes, the Jeff Jarrets, they spent six years putting everything they had, they put their blood, sweat and tears into this company to make it what it is today. See, I can identify with this, as you all now I put my entire life into the innicials ECW, I put everything I had into it's growth." Paul E. explains, the crowd popping for the name dropping AND the ECW mention.

"While ECW was alive we had something edgy, something new and we had talented youth on our side. In a wrestling company though, you need experiance, you need guys to come in and teach the young guys the tricks of the trade if you will and then  pass the torch. In ECW we were blessed to have the Forefather of Extreme, the one and only Terry Funk." Heyman continues calmly, not the cackling bad guy we've seen recently, he even grins and pauses for the HUGE pop for the Funker mention.

"Terry came into ECW, a company that could not afford to pay him the mega contract money the WWE and WCW were offering him, and worked his ass off to get the next generation ready, he passed the torch. For that, I am eternally in debt to the Funker. However! This isn't about the Funker, this is about each and every one of you." Heyman motions to each section of this packed crowd as he speaks."TNA doesn't wanna bullshit you like other companies do, we don't want to give you a glorified farce, we want to give YOU what YOU want." The crowd popping again for Heyman.

"This leads me to tonight's special Thanksgiving Main-Event, our way of thanking you for supporting TNA and bringing us to where we are today, poised for greatness. We wanted to give you something special, we wanted to give you, for the first time ever, the former World's champion Sting taking on the current TNA World Heavyweight Champion, Michael Shane. We wanted to give you Icon Vrs Future Icon, one of the greats versus one of the rising stars of this industry. The problem with this plan though.....was not TNA, it was not Michael Shane, it was Sting." Sighs an exasperated Heyman, the crowd jeering a little bit but mostly respond with confusion.

"Those of you that have come out to see out non-televised events recently will know that Steve Borden, also known as Sting and his close friend Booker Huffman who you know as Booker T, just simply decided not to show up. They didn't call ahead, give any warning, they just decided that you the TNA fans were not worth their time and their effort. See, Sting and Booker personify what's wrong with today's business, they're out for themselves and their wallets. They don't want to make sure the next generation can stand on it's own two feet, they don't want to make sure you the paying fans are happy, they want one more glory ride and one last fat paycheck, just like the man we screwed recently, Silent Assassin." The crowd boo, not at Heyman or his New York drawl, but at the mention of not only SA, but Sting and Booker.

"The reason I'm out here ladies and gentlemen is not to simply dirty Booker or Sting's names, I could have fired them on the spot for not showing up tonight, I'm here to put the decision in your hands. Why? Because TNA isn't my company, it's not Double J's, it's not Michael Shane's or Dixie Carter's....it's YOURS, you the TNA fans run this place, this is about what YOU want. Do you want me to teach Booker and Sting not to bite the hand that feeds!? Do you want me to show Booker and Sting that TNA will NOT be screwed with!? DO YOU WANT ME TO TELL STING AND BOOKER TO SHOVE THEIR HUGE CONTRACTS UP THEIR ASSES?!" Heyman asks the crowd, roaring by the time he's finished, already red in the face.

In response, the crowd make themselves known a "FUCK YOU BOOKER!" chant starts in perfect harmony with a "SCREW YOU STING!" chant. Heyman nods at the crowd, taking it all in. "Well I guess you have spoken." Concludes Paul E, taking a moment to compose himself before addressing the camera. "Booker? Sting? On behalf of the TNA fans...........YOU'RE BOTH FIRED!" Roars Heyman, the crowd erupting and applauding. Paul looks up and motions to the crowd, thanking them for their dedication.

"Let me tell you all right now though, we've got a main-event spot to fill.....and you WILL get a big match, a match-up we've never seen before ever....I'll make sure of it. And if that wasn't enough to make up for how you've been treated tonight.....I'm here to announce two big changes, the first of many this company needs to truely live up to it's potential. Ladies and Gentlemen, let me first announce that starting tonight we begin a new working relationship with New Japan Pro Wrestling. Tonight marks the beginning of a talent exchange system not seen since the days of ECW. We promise to bring you some of the best stars from the Orient, something you won't see anywhere else in America." Announces Heyman to a big pop from the crowd, a bit of an applause aswell.

"If that's not enough, I'm also here to proudly announce that at the Genesis pay-per view, Total Nonstop Action will introduce the brand new Knockout's division and crown the first ever TNA Knockout's Champion. Now, I know alot of you might think of the WWE's Divas when you think of a women's division but let me assure you, there will be NO divas in the Knockout's division. In TNA we do things nobody has done before, we take things to new heights....we give you what you want, the Knockouts will be no exception. You can expect to see the best female wrestlers go out there and put it all on the line for you the fans, this will not be about bimbos in bikinkis, this will be about the toughest women in the industry given a chance to tear down the house, you will not be disappointed." States Heyman, the crowd popping big once again, liking the new direction.

"Once again, I thank each and every one of you for your dedication to TNA, we're going to do it together." Paul E. claims, his music hitting to a pop, the crowd showing respect for the man not the character at this time it would seem. Heyman starts to make his way out of the ring as we fade backstage.........
