The Boyhood Dream came true for Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania X-8 after a
shocking series of events in the run up to the event.
Originally
scheduled to be a one on one match between Shawn and Silent Assassin, plans had
to be quickly changed with just days to go when SA walked out on the company.
The final match settled on was a four way elimination match between
Kane, Steve Austin, Triple H and Michaels with a McMahon in every corner.
After a hellatious match, one of the most grueling in WWE history,
Michaels finally picked up th victoty and Undisputed WWE Championship when he
superkicked Stone Cold out of nowhere.
